When shopping with Rex Design Room online both visiting (and/or) purchasing an item you engage in the services of Rex Design Room and agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Thought out the website the terms ‘we’ ‘us’ ‘REX’ and ‘our’ refer to Rex Design Room, the founder and the designer exclusively.

The website and online store is hosted by Squarespace and this allows the e-commerce platform to sell items and services to you as the customer. Purchases are made in accordance with our ordering & shipping policy.

All ‘Made to Order’ items are designed as a bespoke custom made item, designed to a unique client specification, therefore when you commission these items you commit to the understanding that the sale is complete. Bespoke items ‘Made to Order’ can not be returned.

Once a bespoke transformation design is commissioned you commit to the design along with its coverings, comfort level, finishes and features and understand they are final and that no changes can be made to a product once it has been completed by Rex Design Room as part of the service offered to you.

Any changes to a custom design after the commission is started or completed will occur an additional cost to the client. Rex Design Room reserves the right to decline making changes to any piece after the item has been commissioned.

Rex Design Room consultancy fees are to be paid in advance of the session.

Prices for the products are subject to change without notice and are unique to each of the pieces based on the time and materials put into each handcrafted piece of furniture.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the service(s)) without notice at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the  Rex Design Room Service.

All shop products are available exclusively online. These products have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information for all purchases made via the online shop, including email address details and contact details so that we can complete your order, make contact with you and arrange the safe delivery of your goods.

Furniture purchased from Rex Design Room comes with a 2 year frame only guarantee, this does not cover wear and tear of the product, the fabric or design features. We do strive for product excellence but each design will go through unique usage and will wear in accordance with that once in your home or commercial space.
