How do I order?

Online purchases can be made directly from the website via the shop page. You can also contact Rex Design Room personally via email or telephone to place an order. All bespoke ‘Made to Order’ requests are taken during a Rex Design Room consultation.

What can I order?

You can purchase Rex Design Room exclusives in the shop directly from the website. You can order bespoke items via the ‘Made to Order' page of the website.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, after this time period the item will be shipped or delivery arranged.

Made to order bespoke items can not be cancelled once the order has been placed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at point of ordering to allow for the custom design to be started, if you do choose to cancel your order the deposit will not be returned to you. Bespoke options will have been bought by Rex Design Room to fulfil your custom design.

Can I make changes to my order?

Shop purchases can be amended within 24 hours of placing the order. ‘Made to Order’ bespoke items can be changed within 24 hours of placing the order, after this time it may be possible to change the design at an additional cost but this can not be guaranteed.

I want something you do not show on the website, can you make it?

Yes, get in touch and we can discuss your ideas and hopefully create the item you are hoping for.

I want something from the shop but it’s sold out.

If you see something in the shop but sadly its sold out - contact Rex Design Room to discuss a similar item. We do not replicate any pieces that have been designed or sold, but we are very happy to make a new design exclusively for you with a similar look and feel of the item you liked.

I can’t see an item I have seen previously - do you still have it?

All Rex Design Room items are one of kind, so if it’s gone it won’t be replicated, but please do contact us to discuss the item in more detail and we will source something similar for you and make a design that is uniquely yours.

Can I see the items in real life before I buy them?

Yes, you can arrange a product viewing via the contact page - just drop us an email or give us a call to set up your showroom visit to view the item.

How much does delivery cost?

Mainland GB shipping is free.

All non mainland GB delivery will be charged, all shipping, taxes and any additional charges will be added to the order.

Worldwide delivery is available, price on application.

How will my delivery be sent?

We offer a personal delivery service within mainland GB, all non mainland GB deliveries will be made via courier or postal delivery services - we use a variety of different shipment companies depending on the weight, size and destination of your delivery.

Can I return something?

All return / exchange details can be found here.

Are your fabrics fire resistant?

All the fabrics used meet UK fire regulations and achieve the standard of the furniture and furnishings regulations 1988.

Designs will be made to Crib 5 specification if you require the items for commercial use.

Can I buy cushions without the fillers?

Rex Design Room believe the inside of the cushion is as important as the outside - and to achieve the luxury plump look and feel the cushions are sold filled. 100% British sheep wool inserts are the most eco friendly fillers and come as standard in all Rex Design Room cushions.

Inserts can not be purchased separately.

Can I wash my cushions?

All Rex Design Room cushions are dry clean only.

Exact colour can not be guaranteed, all colours shown in the online store may not be exactly the same in reality. Although all actions are taken to show the truest likeness to the shade as physically possible.

Your computer settings and how the colours will be shown on your screen may vary from screen to screen.
